  • The Grant Coven service helps artists find funding opportunities without the stress and time commitment of searching for them on their own. Artists provide information about their creative practice, and in return receive a curated list of grants that align with their work and eligibility. The goal is to reduce the administrative burden of funding research, lower barriers to access, and give artists more time and energy to focus on creating. Over time, the Grant Coven aims to become a trusted resource not only for grant discovery, but also for helping artists organize and streamline their application materials.

  • The Artist Ops Starter Kit is a three-week program designed to help artists and small creative teams build sustainable systems for managing the administrative side of their practice. Together, we identify what's creating friction—from scattered project management and unclear finances to missed opportunities—and develop practical tools tailored to the way each artist actually works. The goal is to reduce overwhelm, increase clarity, and create systems that support long-term creative growth. By the end of the process, participants leave with a clearer roadmap, improved financial visibility, and more time and energy for making art.

  • For more established artists and long-term projects, monthly retainers are a flexible, ongoing support option tailored to your needs.

  • For short-term projects and engagements, we offer a range of strategic support services, from project management to long-term strategy planning.
